Lord Matthew Taylor led the Government's recent Planning Guidance Review. He is Chairman of the National Housing Federation (the voice of not-for-profit housing associations) and of the St Austell Eco-Town Strategic Partnership (the public-private partnership delivering one of the original eco-towns).

Waheed Nazir is Director of Planning and Regeneration at Birmingham City Council. He is responsible for planning, regeneration, economic development, housing and education/schools infrastructure.

Andy Rothery is a Real Estate Advisory Partner specialising in structuring complex Real Estate transactions. Andy is Head of Real Estate for Deloitte nationally and has responsibility for real estate transactions across the Deloitte network.

Claire is a Director at Quod with over fifteen years experience in private sector consultancy. She helps clients to secure deliverable planning consents on the largest mixed use schemes (Kings Cross, Earls Court, Stratford City, Brent Cross) with a detailed knowledge of the impacts of affordable housing, CIL and other obligations on the viability of development.

On 4 September 2012 Greg Clark MP was appointed Financial Secretary to the Treasury. He is also Minister for Cities, a position he has held since July 2011.

Nathalie is a barrister at Landmark Chambers. She practices in the fields of planning and environmental law, public law and human rights.

Simon specialises in all aspects of Planning, Local Government and Environmental Law, with a particular focus on large infrastructure projects ranging from airports to incinerators. He is also a judge of the Environment Tribunal.
