Louise Wyman

Louise champions design, inclusion and skills building in the property industry. She’s an Ambassador for Harvard University supporting the exchange of design and development innovation between academia and industry. A Chartered Surveyor and Landscape Architect, Louise’s adept at bringing development partners and creative industries together to deliver award winning projects. 

As a Planning Committee Member for London Legacy Development Corporation and a former Executive Director of Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, Louise leads teams that deliver projects of national significance. She set up the Garden Towns & Villages programme across Government in 2016 and was responsible for delivery of the Oxford Cambridge Arc’s strategic growth ambitions in 2018.

Louise is Design Lead for West Midlands Combined Authority and Mayor Andy Street. She’s developed the region’s Design Charter and the Culture & Creative Industries Strategy. Louise is also a member of the National Infrastructure Commission Design Group. She’s seconded to WMCA from the senior leadership team at Homes England where she established the agency’s Strategy & Engagement Unit.
