Emran Mian is the Director General for Regeneration at DLUHC. Prior to this he held senior roles at the Department for Education and has also worked at BEIS and the Cabinet Office. Before returning to the Civil Service in 2017, Emran ran the Social Market Foundation, an independent public policy think tank.
